New Classes, New Work and The Newness of a New Year.

Happy New Year!

I am so glad 2013 is O.V.E.R.

The New Year brings a new chance to start over. To dress yourself in a new attitude, with new ideas, new hopes, new dreams, new love, new promises, a new skip in your step.

2014 here I come. I am looking forward to new things. I am looking forward to bright changes and overcoming some really bad habits.

I started it off by doing a juice fast! I am still fasting and I’m on my 5th day. I am obsessed with living healthy. I’m sure my friends are sick of me talking about food and fasts, exercising and healing naturally. Well, I might as well lecture you all too!

So I am on board and I hope you will be too. Take a step towards health. Eat more veggies and fruits, less processed foods and drink more water, walk more…little things will make a difference. I am a big believer that God has given us everything we need to stay healthy and food is our medicine. I encourage all of you to make a plan for a better life by starting with the foods you eat or do not eat. Eat well, be well. It will be worth it.

There is my lecture, now on to new works and new happenings for the new year.

Classes for this month are as follows:

HANDMADE CLAY MOSAIC TILE CLASS

BEGINNING TUESDAY, JANUARY 14, 21, 28, & February 4, from 6-8 p.m.

COST IS $100. It includes instruction, design discussion, use of tools and 2 firings. Cost of clay is extra, $20. for a 25 lb bag.

3-D HAND BUILD CLAY CLASS

BEGINNING MONDAY, JANUARY 20, 27, FEBRUARY 3 & 10. from 6-8 p.m.

COST IS $100. It includes instruction, design discussion, use of tools and 2 firings. Cost of clay is extra, $20.00 for a 25 lb bag.

I am also available for private clay parties for birthdays, bridal showers, family reunions. And private classes as well. If this class schedule does not suit you, I do take privates on the weekends.
