Javalina Family Pomegranate Ceramic Shadow Box

Handmade ceramic sculpture of a Javalina family eating pomegranates, all framed in a shadow box.  Exquisitely handcrafted, this folk art piece can sit on a shelf or hang on a wall.  Inspired by the critters who live in the Sonoran southwest desert, javalinas can be cute when they are small but the adults reek havoc in your back yard.  This image depicts a javalina family enjoying the sweet fruit from a pomegranate tree.

The Pomegranates are meticulously hand sculpted and tiny berries placed in the open fruit one by one.  Robin’s shadow boxes tell a whimsical story of desert life as she sees it .
